Where's My Order
At Fields.ie we wish for your special purchases to arrive with you quickly and in perfect condition.
We take great care packaging your order and posting it out with our delivery service provider and we aim to have it reach you within 3-5 working days* after despatch.
For any Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or UK orders, your order will be delivered by Nightline. Once you place your order you will receive an ‘order acknowledgement email’ detailing the products you have ordered. Please note, this is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
Once your product has been shipped from our warehouse we will send you a ‘dispatch confirmation email’.
Because we use a third party courier – Nightline – for delivering all online orders, we are not responsible for tracking or amending your delivery once it leaves our warehouse. This includes if you want arrange an alternative delivery time. You can track your order directly by calling Nightline on 1890 321 890 and quoting your tracking reference number.
For any orders outside of Ireland (within Europe and rest of the world), your order will be delivered by FedEx, in order to track the progress of your order, please enter the tracking number provided in your despatch email in the following link https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&cntry_code=ie
Please note you will need to sign for your delivery.
We are also happy to include deliveries to Parcel Motel. In order to deliver your item to a Parcel Motel please ensure you enter your Parcel Motel details in the Delivery Section of the checkout.
*Please note for international orders delivery may take longer.
*If your item has to be ordered direct from suppliers and we are unable to despatch your order within our 'normal' 3-5 day delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise.
