Online Orders - Update March 31st

Due to revised guidelines issued by the Government yesterday in relation to online businesses, you are now able to shop on our website again!

We can assure you that we are already working completely to these guidelines, our warehouse are following strict social distancing, and all of our other teams are working remotely. In addition to this our warehouse staff wear gloves at work, adhere to strict hygiene standards, ensure that all packing areas are cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals and all product is sanitised before dispatch.   

Delivery is proceeding as normal, delivery drivers will not ask for a signature but you must provide your name and I.D. Please be aware that we are experiencing delays so your order may take up to 10 days to arrive.

Update March 19th: 

As Ireland faces the extraordinary challenge posed by COVID-19, we at Fields the Jeweller would like to wish everyone good health and wellbeing at this very difficult time

In order to protect the health and safety of our employees and our customers, and to aid in reducing the spread of Covid-19 as much as possible. We have taken the decision that we will temporarily close all Fields stores with effect from 6:00pm on Thursday 19th of March 2020.  

We are following closely the guidelines issued by our Taoiseach Leo Varadkar & The HSE and we will, of course,  re-open once it is safe to do so. While our stores will be closed for now, customers will still be able to shop online at www.Fields.ie and we will strive to keep that service as normal as possible. Our customer support team will also be available to deal with any queries on info@fields.ie

Questions & Answers 

Do you expect a delay in delivering my order? 

Delivery is proceeding as normal for now, though delivery drivers may not ask for a signature but you must provide your name.  Delivery times could change, should the government restrict the movement of people. Please keep an eye on the website for updates

What about Click & Collect orders? 

Click & collect will not be available until stores re open

If you have purchased an item through Click & Collect and you are awaiting its delivery to one of our stores, please contact our customer service team on info@fields.ie for an update and to arrange an alternative delivery method

Is it safe to handle a parcel that's been delivered? 

Our warehouse staff wear gloves to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. All storage and packing areas are cleaned and disinfected three times per day and strict hygiene standards following the WHO recommendations are in place to guarantee both our staff's safety and your safety.
