1. How do I register to join the Privilege Club?
Go to www.fields.ie and click on the word ‘Register’ that appears at the top of all the webpages and enter your details. Make sure to check the box that says ‘Yes', I would like to subscribe to the Privilege Club for up to 15% off my next order’. You can also copy and paste the following into your browser address bar and search: www.fields.ie/customer/account/create.
2. What do I get for joining the privilege club?
Being a member of the privilege club entitles you to 15% off full price engagement rings, eternity rings, yellow gold, white gold and rose gold pieces of jewellery; 10% off full price designer and silver jewellery, giftware, watches and wedding rings; an extra 10% discount code sent to you for your birthday and exclusive in-store benefits such as complimentary ring cleaning on rings purchased from Fields the Jeweller. Please note Alex & Ani is excluded from privilege club discounts.
3. How do I log into the privilege club?
Go to https://www.fields.ie/ and click on the word ‘Login’ that appears at the top of all the webpages. You can also click on the following link to login: https://www.fields.ie/customer/account/login/
4. Can I use my discounts both online and in-store?
Yes. Being a member of the Privilege Club allows you to avail of your discounts both online (once logged in) and in-store on the eligible products listed in question 2 above.
5. Can I use my discounts for more than once purchase?
Yes. The 15% and 10% Privilege Club discounts can be used multiple times, there is no limit attached to them. The 10% birthday discount code however is single-use and can only be applied to one product / purchase.
6. Can I use my discounts on sale items?
No. Privilege Club discounts can only be used against full price products.
7. How do I get and use my 10% birthday discount?
To receive your birthday code all you need to do is sign up to our Privilege Club, enter your date of birth and tick the box next to “I would like to receive information and updates by email.” If you are already a Privilege Club member simply log into your account, enter your date of birth and opt in to receive information and updates by email. You must sign up to the Birthday code discount at least a month in advance of your birthday.
At the start of your birthday month you will be e-mailed a unique code. So, if your birthday is on 21st July, you will be e-mailed this code at the start of July. To use this code, make sure you are logged into the Privilege Club on the Fields website, add the product(s) you wish to purchase into the bag / basket, click on the bag icon and enter your code in the box under the heading ‘Promotional Code’. Your 10% birthday discount will then be added, on top of your existing Privilege Club discounts if applicable. Note that your birthday code will expire when your birthday month ends. So if you receive the code in July, you cannot use it in August etc. If you haven't received your code please email us on email@example.com with proof of your birthday date and we will look into it.
8. My discount is not appearing in the shopping bag / basket, what do I do?
You need to make sure that you are firstly logged into the Privilege Club for your discount to appear (https://www.fields.ie/customer/account/login/). If you are logged in and your discount is still not appearing, check that the product(s) in your shopping bag / basket is eligible for a discount (see question 2 above for what products are eligible). Note that Privilege Club discounts are not available on any sale price or offer price products.
