Christmas Returns Policy

Extended Refund Policy starts from the 3rd November and the last day of return will be 4th January 2020 subject to Fields terms & conditions.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition along with the original packaging and a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
*Special Orders or personalized items are excluded
*For Hygiene reasons no exchanges or refunds will be given on earrings unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights operates a strict 14 day Refund policy and a 30 day exchange policy.

These policies cover items bought from our online store and all goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Earrings can only be exchanged or refunded in the tamper-proof packaging.We offer this returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.

Return an Item by Post:

Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please return the item to the address below by post* within 14 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items presented in in-store are only eligible for an Exchange - stores cannot process a refund.

*Fields are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us. To ensure your items are covered for any loss or damage and that their journey back is recorded, we advise that all items are returned by registered post.

Return a Web Order to a Fields Store:

Alternatively, you may return the item(s) to any of our 14 Fields stores, accompanied by the original receipt which would have been emailed to you when the order was placed, for a 30 Day exchange.

You will be able to receive a direct exchange or credit note but will not be able to receive a refund by this method of return. Stores cannot provide refunds on Web Orders.

Please make sure you bring with you the receipt of purchase that was emailed to you at time of purchase.

Please note: Orders paid for using PayPal cannot be returned in-store, they must be sent by post for a full refund to be processed.

**For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept the exchange of earrings once the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
